The Professional Services Schedule (PSS) contract from the General Services Administration satisfies competitive Federal Acquisition Requirements. Many federal agencies use PSS including the Department of Education, Department of Justice, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Agriculture, and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
WestEd provides two broad categories of services under the PSS contract:
- Consulting services (SIN 874-1), including management and strategy consulting, program planning and evaluation, program study and analysis, and policy development and review.
- Survey services (SIN 874-3), including assistance or implementation of all phases of the survey process, such as planning, design, and development; assessing data reliability and validity; and analyses of quantitative and qualitative survey data.
Federal agencies that are current or past WestEd clients include the departments of Agriculture, Education, Health and Human Services, Justice, and Veteran’s Affairs, along with the National Science Foundation, National Endowment for the Arts, the Environmental Protection Agency, and NASA.
