Description: Against the backdrop of recent challenges, system leaders need a space to recharge and refine their leadership chops. Join a conversation with certificated and classified leaders from two districts as they describe their experience engaging in WestEd’s Playbook for Leaders, a series that includes opportunities to apply the Professional Standards for Educational Leadership to personal leadership, relationship management, teams, and facilitation.
Leaders will share tools they learned and practiced, how they collaborated with colleagues from across their system and the current impact on their system.
