Overview
Lauren Wrotniak leads a team of professionals who develop, negotiate, and manage WestEd’s agreements with funders and subcontractors and who provide services vital to WestEd’s business operations. Wrotniak has over a decade of experience contracting with federal, state, foundation, local agency, and various other entities and communities that WestEd’s staff serve.
Before joining WestEd and pivoting to contract and grant management, Wrotniak was a researcher supporting a National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH)–funded youth parent study that examined the development of co-parenting processes, predictors of father involvement, and the impact of father involvement on young mothers’ mental health functioning. She brings this appreciation for research and the commitment to learning and human development to the projects she now supports in a different capacity.
