We’re thrilled to announce that the brand-new WestEd.org is officially launched! Our new website reflects the evolution of our agency’s vision to support your thriving learners and empowered communities.
Last summer, the Communications Department kicked off our website redesign project with an in-depth user experience study. We gained valuable insights, and these findings have driven every decision in our website redevelopment process.
WestEd takes on the most demanding and enduring challenges in education and human development. To further our mission to promote excellence, achieve equity, and improve learning for children, youths, and adults, WestEd is now providing visitors to our website with an updated online experience that gives them improved access to our most helpful services and resources with ease.
What’s New?
People First. The updated WestEd.org puts people first by expanding our content about our staff and their expertise. Across the new site, you’ll see homepage spotlights, blog posts, resource and service pages, and even podcasts that highlight the leading and emerging voices and accomplishments of our team of leading experts.
Improved User Experience. The new WestEd site is more intuitive, more navigable, and more streamlined, with particular attention paid to digital media and infographics and users’ ability to filter content easily.
