(Past Event) WestEd’s Ayele Dodoo Will Moderate a Panel and Workshop at the 2022 ACSA Women in School Leadership Forum

Women in School Leadership Forum: Leaning In and Leading Forward ft. Ayele Dodoo, Director of Educational Leadership and System Design

Ayele Dodoo, Director of Educational Leadership and System Design at WestEd, will moderate a panel and workshop at the 2022 ACSA Women in School Leadership Forum, September 21-23, at the San Diego Mission Resort in San Diego, California.

The Women in School Leadership Forum is an inclusive space that brings together women in the education profession, women in leadership positions, and women leaders seeking to advance their career for a multi-day event focusing on leadership, diversity, and empowerment.

WestEd’s session is designed to help school leaders plan for equity and leadership in their systems or districts. Dodoo will be joined by panelists:

  • Norma Martinez, Superintendent, Centralia School District
  • Monica Anzo, Associate Superintendent of Educational Services, Alisal Union School District
  • Carol Castro, Assistant Superintendent of Academic Services, ABC Unified School District

Each panelist will present their perspectives as women leaders navigating complex challenges and opportunities for their district—all while juggling the many responsibilities of the last two years.

Attendees will participate in a facilitated writing session to draft their own leadership and equity plans for their district through guiding questions and just-in-time inspiration.

Join this session for support with making an action plan that will help you lead your district with confidence and equity-minded practices.
