Calling all charter school authorizers and school leaders to join the 2025 Winter and Spring A-GAME Convenings! This conference provides opportunities to create innovative, customized school goals that work for students and identify new ways to measure school quality that go beyond state accountability. 

The theme for 2025, Mosaic of Success: Piecing Together What Matters, highlights the power of collaboration, context, and creativity in reimagining school quality. This year, there’s a focus on crafting responsive goals, leveraging local assets, and redefining benchmarks of success through innovative, student-centered approaches. 

The A-GAME Convenings are offered online in January and March 2025 and in person in May 2025. View a list of the sessions below. 


A-GAME Virtual Convening 1 – January 2025

Dive deeper into the intersection of proactive planning and quality redefinition. This session will explore actionable ways to incorporate Early Warning Systems and Responsive Goals into your charter school practices, ensuring student success and community alignment. 


A-GAME In-Person Convening – May 2025 

Date and Time: Monday, May 12, 6 p.m. (ET)–Thursday, May 15, 8 a.m. (ET) 
Location: GA Tech Hotel & Conference Center, Atlanta, GA 
Registration Fee: $350 (includes all meals, snacks, a T-shirt, and event access)

Immerse yourself in a dynamic, workshop-driven convening designed to empower school leaders and authorizers with innovative strategies for defining and achieving success. Through interactive sessions, collaborative discussions, and Atlanta-based community engagement, participants will explore the following:

  • Proactive Planning: Use responsive goals to set dynamic, student-centered pathways to success. 
  • Early Warning Systems: Learn to identify and act on indicators of distress before they become crises.

This year’s convening will also offer opportunities to connect with Atlanta’s students, leaders, and educators, ensuring a rich and locally inspired experience.
