Join WestEd staff as they lead, present, chair, or serve as discussants in 38 sessions and meetings at the American Educational Research Association (AERA) Annual Meeting, April 11–14, 2024, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

This year, with more than 2,500 sessions, AERA will provide opportunities to learn from scholars and connect with research professionals working in many areas including literacy learning, culturally responsive schooling, mathematics, and more. The year’s theme is “Dismantling Racial Injustice and Constructing Educational Possibilities: A Call to Action.”

WestEd’s Assessment Research and Innovation team will participate in sessions at the National Council on Measurement in Education (NCME), which meets concurrently with AERA. The NCME conference theme is “Reconceptualizing Measurement Theory and Practice to Reduce Inequities.” In-person sessions will take place April 11-14, 2024.
