Session: School Transformation through an Instructional Coaching System

In this session, participants will:
- Learn how a K–12 district developed a common language around instruction and implemented an instructional coaching system, building the instructional capacity of district, site, and teacher leaders
- Engage in collaborative conversation focused on the design and implementation of a coaching model which incorporates mentoring and support for leadership, coaches, and teachers
- Experience how to differentiate levels of coaching support and bring home critical components of a successful instructional coaching system
