His experience spans across government, non-profit, and commercial organizations and across sectors including education, criminal justice, social service, workforce, and defense.

Sarah Quesen is an expert in statistics and psychometrics with a keen interest in emerging technologies and a steadfast commitment to equity. She is the Director of Assessment Research and Innovation at WestEd.
