Leading Difficult Conversations in Schools
Learn practical strategies for managing conflict, shifting unproductive discourse, and effectively preparing for challenging conversations in your school environment.
Participants will:
- prepare for difficult conversations using the template we will provide,
- identify the dynamics of conflict in education settings, and
- Use techniques to redirect unproductive conversations.

Head, Heart, and Hand – Meeting Facilitation Framework
Enhance team productivity by strengthening meeting facilitation skills, implementing a culture-building framework for meaningful engagement, and developing high-quality meeting agendas with real-time feedback.
Participants will:
- build a back-to-school staff meeting agenda using the 3H Meeting Facilitation Framework,
- Receive personalized feedback to refine their meeting agendas, and
- practice facilitation techniques that maximize productivity.
