Overview
Dustin serves as Vice President of Information Technology at WestEd, overseeing the agency’s business systems and end-user technology. He has a 30-plus year history in helping grow and optimize technology through strategic alignment to business outcomes.
Before joining WestEd, Dustin led professional services practices helping organizations optimize technology, platforms, and cloud adoption. This is Dustin’s third time leading technology for an education organization. From 2012–2016, he was the Vice President of Product Operations and Platform Strategy for Northwest Evaluation Association (NWEA), and from 2008–2012, was the district IT leader for Portland Public Schools.
