Overview
Rashmi Narsana has more than 18 years of experience in nonprofit strategic management, with special focus on business development, capacity building, operations, financial due diligence, and process and systems restructure and redesign.
As vice president of executive operations at WestEd, Rashmi supports departmental and program leaders to identify and plan and manage operational improvement efforts that support WestEd’s continued growth, impact, and management of risk through assessing, designing, and optimizing operational systems to be effective and efficient. She leads projects to analyze, redesign, and guide change management of WestEd’s operational and business systems with an eye toward mitigating risk and elevating efficiency.
Prior to joining WestEd, Rashmi was an independent consultant, leading capacity building and strategy projects with nonprofit organizations to create well-developed plans to achieve their goals through a research-informed and data-based process.
