We provide training, tools, and processes that leaders can replicate within their own site and district teams for increased focus and impact. Leaders will engage in research-based protocols and conversations to practice building systems that automate high-quality teaching and learning for students and adults.
How We Help
Our School Leadership Team Network for Instructional Leadership brings school and district leaders together to learn, practice, and grow in their roles. Teams use data to identify an instructional focus, and refine and build systems creating a culture of learning to ensure increased student access to high-quality teaching and learning. All take place within the context of continuous improvement to ensure growth and impact.
A second School Leadership Team Network focus is Equitable Systems. This network brings together teams of school and district leaders to define an organizational ideal for equity. Using research and protocols, teams examine data to identify the gap between the newly stated ideal and current reality. Through iterative conversations, teams develop a menu of solutions to offer colleagues, resulting in a multi-pronged pursuit of equitable systems.

Connecting Research With Practice
We believe that district, state, and national decisions about educational leadership supports should be informed by good data. Our team regularly conducts leadership research and evaluation studies for school districts, charter management organizations, and state departments of education to build that crucial data for decision-making. Our research and evaluation also inform our service portfolio.
