The Peer Collaboratives are workshops, peer learning and networking, and direct coaching and consulting events designed for school districts, regional educational agencies, or state educational agency teams and are tailored to participant needs. Participants will explore and implement strategies to strengthen equitable conditions of learning, development, and well-being in their educational systems so that students and the adults who support them can succeed and thrive.
How We Help
The following collaboratives can be developed in close partnership with participants to meet their specific needs.
School Climate Data Use
Supports district teams to improve their school climate data use practices.
Participatory Systems Change for Equity
Centers the experiences of those closest to systemic challenges by transforming system conditions for equity and well-being.
Reimagining School Safety
Promotes a comprehensive approach to school safety that considers factors such as belonging, voice, and well-being alongside traditional prevention measures.
Creating a Culture of Care
Individuals and school communities can thrive academically, professionally, and personally only when we recognize the limitations of individual-focused approaches to address systemic issues. In this collaborative, participants will engage in a transformative journey that leads to collective action and systemic change.
