Family Engagement Services

Cultivating intentional partnerships with families to advance student learning and strengthen school improvement.

We provide professional learning experiences to help schools and districts create effective, data-driven family engagement practices tailored to diverse needs. Our services are centered on student learning and build educator expertise through continuous improvement, fostering sustainable, evidence-based approaches.

How We Help

We take a whole-child approach to family engagement, aligning initiatives, resources, and supports across programs. Our three signature services—Academic Parent–Teacher Teams, a data-driven model connecting family engagement to student success; Family Engagement Essentials, workshops fostering foundational partnerships; and Family Champions for Learning, empowering families to support learning and collaboration—enable schools to scale and tailor effective family partnerships.

We help you

  • increase knowledge, skills, and understanding of research and evidence-based family engagement practices;
  • design an integrated family engagement plan that aligns identified family learning needs with school improvement goals and priorities;
  • cultivate meaningful relationships and collaboration with families through two-way communication;
  • develop strategies that engage families to support their child’s learning, including sharing and discussing data; and,
  • measure, analyze, and disseminate lessons learned through stories of impact

Our suite of flexible services can be utilized individually or in combination to enhance your team’s performance and outcomes.
