How We Help
The Four Domains CALL Survey for School and District Improvement is designed to measure leadership practices and deliver feedback relative to the Four Domains for Rapid School Improvement, a framework for leading and managing rapid school improvement.
The survey is administered online throughout the year to ensure continuous progress. With the survey, we help teams with school improvement by:
- Collecting diagnostic data
- Measuring and growing distributed school leadership
- Interpreting survey results
- Developing an action plan with recommendations for enhancing leadership
- Supporting the implementation of the action plan with on-site coaching
CALL was initially developed using funding from the Institute of Education Sciences, U.S. Department of Education, through Grant R305A090265 to the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
